Who We Are

We offer 20 + years of experience teaching pre-licensing life and health insurance, investment and continuing education courses to aspiring producers. We provide custom educational services and state certification resources to corporations and financial institutions.

Lawrence E. Hartmann (founder) is an independent consultant with a practice of over 40 years in insurance and investment management, sales, and training. His ability to present complicated topics and ideas clearly to any audience, has led to over 20 effective years as a certified instructor with the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.

Beyond teaching, Lawrence has authored and presented numerous state-approved continuing education courses including the New Jersey required courses in Annuity Training and the Long-Term Care Partnership Program.  He has guided insurance agencies through the New Jersey certification process to become insurance schools enabling them to provide their own in house licensing and continuing education instruction to sales personnel at a lower cost.

Students attending his classes have exceeded the mean New Jersey passing average by nearly 10% and as a result of favorable feedback and referrals from former students, his class enrollment has progressively improved.
